The Technoflux gold bath deposits a uniform and shiny layer on the pieces to be treated.
This bath is designed for decorative use, so in a quick bath it generates a deposition thickness of up to 6 microns.
This solution does not contain nickel, lead or cadmium.
The final color is that of pure gold, as no other alloyed metals are used.
Characteristics:

Voltage: between 2.5 and 3.5 V, depending on the size of the part
Working temperature: 55 to 60 °C
Exposure time: from 3.5 minutes
Deposition rate: 1 micron in 3.5 minutes at 2 A/dm2
Ratio 1: 1 anode / cathode

Agitation: Moderate
Bath autonomy: until the gold content is consumed (4 gr)
Usage mode:
Pour the contents of the bottle into the cup provided for the bath.
Hold the piece to be gilded with copper wire, wash it with ultrasound or with soap and water and wash it with plenty of running water.
* Do not touch the part with your hands.
Connect the clamp of the machine to the thread of the workpiece and immerse it in the first container (container with stainless steel anode and electrolytic degreasing using a voltage of 4 to 6 V) for 30 to 45 seconds.
Rinse with running water.
Rinse with distilled water in the second glass.
Soak in the golden bath in another cup for 3.5 minutes
Important: It is necessary to carry out a post-treatment to guarantee the elimination of the chemical components of the bath.
After treatment:
Wash with demineralized water.
Wash with running water (hot)
Wash with demineralized water.
Drying with the usual means.
