SUNBURST radial discs are especially suitable for grinding, pre-polishing, polishing and polishing all types of alloys, precious metals, acrylics and ceramics without the need for polishing paste.
Its flexible strands will avoid possible marks or damage to the treated surfaces, as these adapt to the morphology of the piece to be revised during the work process. They work just as well on flat surfaces.
They generate minimal heat during friction, reducing deformation of the work surface.
It is recommended to use these discs within a range of 3,000 to 18,000 rpm (optimal value 5,000 rpm). Lower speeds allow for a smoother feel, greater flexibility, and more subtle results. Higher speeds provide more aggressive material removal.
