The Technoflux silver bath is characterized by depositing a uniform and shiny layer of up to 8 microns, adding extra protection against oxidation.
The final color is shiny silver.

Voltage: between 0.7 and 1.2 V, depending on the size of the part
Working temperature: between 15 and 25ºC
Exposure time: between 10 and 60 sec.

Anode type: fine silver
Agitation: Moderate
Usage mode:
Pour the contents of the bottle into the glass provided for the bath.
Firmly hold the piece to be coated with copper wire, wash it with ultrasound or with soap and water and rinse with plenty of running water.
* Do not touch the part with your hands.
Connect the machine clamp to the piece holder wire and immerse it in container N.1 (container with stainless steel anode and electrolytic degreasing voltage from 4 to 6 V) for 30 to 45 seconds.
Rinse with running water.
Rinse with distilled water in beaker No.2.
Soak in the silver bath in the N.4 cup for 1 to 3 minutes.
Rinse with distilled water in N.5 glass.
Dry it with a soft cloth.
ATTENTION! It is not possible to make silver baths with less than 1 liter of product.
