Transparent colorless varnish for metals. It protects against oxidation and improves abrasion resistance without altering the tone of the metal. Before varnishing, the parts must be clean, completely free of dust and grease.
To achieve a greater hardness of the varnish layer, you can use an oven, stove or infrared lamp. Do not use dryers or other means that produce air currents as the varnish may lose its transparency and be affected by suspended particles adhering to the surface of the treated piece.
Characteristics:
Color: Colorless
Drying: At room temperature
Maximum oven temperature: 100-200 ºC
Application mode:
With a brush, spread a thin layer and let dry in an area free of dust and drafts.
By immersion, dilute with 50% Solvent BT1 TECHNOFLUX (Ref. BAN050). Dip the parts and let them dry in a place free of dust and air currents, turning them so that they do not form bubbles.
With a gun, dilute the appropriate amount of BT1 TECHNOFLUX solvent (Ref. BAN050) for the desired thickness according to the appropriate spraying.
In all three cases, if you want the varnish layer to have greater hardness, it can be plastered using any system.
The oven temperature ranges from 100 to 200°C.
Let it dry in a place free of dust and drafts.
