Electric furnace for casting lost wax for jewelry work, with interior dimensions of 450 x 450 x 220 mm.
It includes a programmer for furnace casting incorporating a microprocessor with 15 programs in memory.
Each program has a delay time (delayed start) and to choose from one up to a maximum of 18 segments or ramps.
Each segment consists of a controlled ramp (temperature rise or fall) and a holding time.
Performs automatic stop at the end of cooking.
It has an indeformable structure, built in folded steel sheet and treated with epoxy paints.
The door is hinged on the left side and is insulated with high strength rigid ceramic fiber for a perfect fit, as well as incorporating a locking device for easy operation.
Insulation placed over the entire surface of the heating chamber is mounted with rigid ceramic fiber to ensure a low heat transfer coefficient, thus making thermal efficiency at its maximum.
The resistors are made of Kanthal wire and distributed on three sides (on the sides and below), placed inside refractory plates that protect the gases emitted by wax microfusion and any contact with the load.
Its power is calculated to achieve rapid heating of the furnace.
