We could define this oven as versatile, since it is part of a new category of ovens. They are designed for their set of technical characteristics for the heat treatment of cylinders with 3D resin shafts, but at the same time they are very suitable and efficient for wax ones.
This electric oven is made of steel and is equipped with a digital programmer consisting of eight programs and 12 stages, with acceleration and digital temperature control through PID regulation.
The electric heating elements of the oven are controlled by an SSR (solid state relay) that allows a precise management of power and temperature, guaranteeing an excellent rate of ascent.
The furnace is insulated with state-of-the-art high thermal coefficient ceramic panels. It is worth highlighting the design of the interior grille, which facilitates the effect of forced convection and ventilation inside the cylinders during the thermal process.
