IW-6 Compact vacuum wax injector with programmer and autoclamp.
This machine allows you to inject waxes easily, quickly and precisely. Avoiding the usual wax injection problems.
By programming the temperatures in the injection nozzle and wax chamber, we can change the fluidity of the wax. At the same time, the vacuum function eliminates the piston effect when injecting the wax. This makes it easier to completely fill the inside of the mold. All parameters are controlled by the intelligent programming board, which allows us to obtain perfect waxes.
The IW-6 injector stores the set of parameters selected for each model in its memory, allowing repetitive work cycles to be carried out automatically with different molds.
The IW-6 is equipped with a state-of-the-art autoclamp. It allows automatic wax injection. It applies exactly the same, constant pressure to the entire surface of the mold. This seals the mold for the extraction of air from inside the mold by means of a vacuum. This vacuum / injection cycle allows us to obtain waxes without deformation and with the same thicknesses and weights.
