Electric oven for investment casting work for jewelery, with internal dimensions of 210 x 420 x 160 mm.
It includes a programmer for microfusion ovens that incorporates a microprocessor with 15 programs in memory.
Each program consists of a waiting time (delayed start) and a choice of 1 up to a maximum of 18 segments or ramps.
Each segment is made up of a controlled ramp (temperature rise or fall) and a holding time. It performs an automatic stop at the end of cooking.
It has a non-deformable structure, built in folded sheet steel and treated with epoxy paints. The door is hinged on the left side and is insulated with high-strength rigid ceramic fiber for a perfect fit, as well as incorporating an easy-to-use latch.
Its insulation placed over the entire surface of the heating chamber is mounted with rigid ceramic fiber to ensure a low heat transmission coefficient, thereby ensuring maximum thermal performance.
The heating elements are made with Kanthal wire and distributed on 3 faces (two sides and bottom), placed inside the refractory plates that protect them from the gases emitted by the wax from the microfusion and from any contact with the load. Its power is calculated to achieve rapid heating of the oven.
