The Durston DMR C150RE is a top-of-the-range rolling mill for any jewelry professional.
The rolling mill is constructed from a single piece of cast iron for maximum strength and rigidity.
 The 150 mm roll length, significantly wider than most rolling mills, provides additional space for a large flat rolling area, as well as 11 wire slots.
Each roll is specially induction hardened to 64 RC. The maximum thickness for flat rolling is 6 mm and the 11 square wire slots range from 8 mm to 1 mm.
The maintenance-free, self-lubricating bearings are protected by a plastic cover and support the rollers, which are essential for a perfect finish.
The rolling mill also includes four half-rod side extensions of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5 mm.
Every turn is made effortless with Durston's industry-leading 5-1 gearbox, which delivers power and a smooth transition with every turn.
Safety features include a plastic frame that covers the upper gears.
